A LEGAL DISCLAIMER

Last updated: August 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ROBODAAT LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit recoverymarketingsolutions.com (the “Website”) or interact with our programs, products, courses, presentations, membership groups, or services (collectively, the “Services”).

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It does not include information that is publicly available, deidentified, or otherwise excluded from the definition of personal information under applicable law.

By using the Website or Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Personal Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include the following categories:

  • Identifiers and contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, billing address, account name, social media handle, IP address, and device identifiers.

  • Customer and transaction information, such as products or services requested or purchased, transaction history, billing details, shipping information, returns, and customer-service communications. Payment card information may be collected and processed directly by our payment processors rather than stored by us.

  • Commercial information, such as purchase history, product preferences, and interactions with our offers.

  • Internet or other electronic network activity, such as browser type and version, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, date and time of access, length of visit, cookie identifiers, and interactions with our Website, Services, and emails.

  • Account and profile information, such as login information, profile details, membership-group participation, and preferences.

  • Professional, tax, or financial information, when reasonably necessary for a transaction, contractor relationship, affiliate relationship, or legal reporting obligation. This may include a tax identification number or payment-account information when you choose to provide it.

  • Demographic or other information you provide, such as age or date of birth, gender, survey responses, feedback, reviews, testimonials, contest or sweepstakes entries, and other information included in your communications with us.

  • Inferences, such as preferences or interests derived from your interactions with the Website and Services.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information unless we specifically request it and it is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

2. How We Collect Personal Information

We may collect personal information:

  • Directly from you, including when you purchase or request a Service, subscribe to emails, complete a form or survey, register for a presentation or class, join a membership group, participate in a promotion, apply to an affiliate program, submit a comment or review, or contact us.

  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels, web beacons, server logs, and similar technologies when you use the Website or interact with our emails.

  • From service providers and business partners, such as payment processors, analytics providers, advertising providers, email and customer-service platforms, fulfillment partners, and affiliate partners.

  • From social media and third-party platforms, when you interact with our pages, content, advertisements, or groups, subject to the settings and privacy practices of those platforms.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Provide, fulfill, maintain, and improve the Website and Services.

  • Process transactions, payments, registrations, returns, and deliveries.

  • Create and manage accounts, profiles, memberships, and affiliate relationships.

  • Communicate with you about purchases, requests, support, updates, and administrative matters.

  • Send marketing or promotional communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

  • Personalize content, recommendations, and offers.

  • Understand how people use the Website and Services and measure the effectiveness of our communications and marketing.

  • Conduct research, analytics, surveys, contests, sweepstakes, and promotions.

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent security incidents, fraud, abuse, and other malicious, deceptive, or unlawful activity.

  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of the Company, our users, and others.

  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our agreements and policies, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, measure campaigns, provide security, and, where applicable, support personalized advertising.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional choices through a cookie banner, preference center, or other consent tool.

Some browsers and devices offer opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Where legally required, we process supported signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device sending the signal. Because these signals are browser- and device-specific, you may need to enable them on each browser and device you use.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

  • Service providers and contractors, including website hosting, cloud storage, analytics, email delivery, customer service, security, marketing technology, payment processing, order fulfillment, and delivery providers.

  • Advertising, analytics, and social media partners, subject to applicable law and your privacy choices.

  • Affiliate and promotional partners, when needed to administer an affiliate relationship, jointly offered product, service, or promotion.

  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants.

  • Government authorities and other lawful recipients, when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and property or investigate unlawful conduct.

  • Parties to a business transaction, including prospective or actual buyers, investors, lenders, or advisers involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

  • Other parties at your direction or with your consent.

If you post information in a public area of the Website or on a public social media page, that information may be visible to others and may be shared outside the original platform.

6. Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures of identifiers or internet activity to advertising or analytics partners, even when no money is exchanged. If our practices fall within those definitions, you may opt out as described in Section 10. We will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.

7. Email, SMS, and Other Communications

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. You may opt out of marketing text messages by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent us from sending non-promotional messages, such as transaction, account, legal, or security notices.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights.

Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, the nature of our relationship with you, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs. We delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to lawful exceptions and backup cycles.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate security measures when communicating with us and for protecting any account credentials associated with the Services.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal information and access or obtain a copy of it.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Delete personal information.

  • Obtain certain personal information in a portable format.

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling.

  • Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

  • Appeal our decision on a privacy request, where applicable.

  • Receive equal service and pricing and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email robodaat@gmail.com and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use information submitted with your request only as needed to verify and respond to it. If an authorized agent submits a request for you, we may require proof of the agent’s authority and may also verify your identity directly.

These rights are not absolute. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, and we will explain our decision where required. To appeal a denied request, reply to our decision or email robodaat@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

11. Additional Notice for California Residents

This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to us.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described in Section 1 from the sources described in Section 2. We may have used that information for the purposes described in Section 3 and disclosed it to the categories of recipients described in Section 5.

California residents may have the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive personal information; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising CCPA rights. Instructions for submitting a request are provided in Section 10.

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information. If those practices change, we will provide any notice and choices required by law.

California’s “Shine the Light” law permits eligible residents to request certain information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. To submit a request, email robodaat@gmail.com with the subject line “Shine the Light Request.”

12. Additional Notice for Individuals in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If applicable data-protection law in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland applies to our processing of your personal information, our legal bases may include:

  • Your consent.

  • Performance of a contract with you or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

  • Compliance with a legal obligation.

  • Protection of vital interests.

  • Our legitimate interests or those of a third party, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. You may also have rights relating to certain automated decisions. We do not currently make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

The Website is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use an appropriate legal mechanism for international transfers.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Website and Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact robodaat@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy, security, or content practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party before providing personal information.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect. Your continued use of the Website or Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised Privacy Policy.
